We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced: Project Administrators Safety Advisors This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale renewable energy project with an ASX-listed company committed to delivering critical infrastructure that supports Australia's energy future. Working across construction and commissioning activities, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence. Roster & Location Local positions available Reeves Plains, South Australia Project Administrators As a Project Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to project and site teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Include: Supporting project teams with administrative and document control functions Managing onboarding, site compliance, and mobilisation documentation Assisting with timesheets, purchase orders, and reporting requirements Coordinating meetings, travel, accommodation, and site logistics Maintaining project records and filing systems Supporting communication between site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders What We Are Looking For: Previous experience in project administration within construction, infrastructure, mining, or renewables Strong organisational and time management skills Experience using Microsoft Office and project management systems such as ACONEX highly regarded Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Safety Advisors As a Safety Advisor, you will support the implementation and maintenance of site safety systems, ensuring compliance with project and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities Include: Supporting daily site safety activities and compliance initiatives Conducting inspections, audits, and safety observations Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions Promoting a proactive safety culture across site teams Supporting toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety reporting Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and project safety standards What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a Safety Advisor role within construction, infrastructure, renewables, or industrial projects Cert IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent qualification Strong understanding of WHS legislation and risk management practices Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work collaboratively across site and project teams Previous experience with ICAM At Genus, we put people first — you will be joining a supportive team built on trust, professionalism, and mateship while working on projects that are shaping Australia's future energy infrastructure.
